Dr. R. Neal Siler is
the Pastor of the First Shiloh Baptist Church, Mechanicsville,
Virginia and the Executive Director of New Life Ministries of
Virginia, Inc. He is a graduate of the University of
North Carolina, Chapel Hill, North Carolina; Trinity Lutheran
Seminary, Columbus, Ohio; and Southwestern University, Tucson,
Arizona.
A practicing marriage and family counselor, Dr. Siler has conducted
conferences, workshops, and retreats across the country for over
twenty years.
Dr. Sharon E. Siler is also a graduate of the University of North
Carolina, Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She earned a MA in
Special Education from the Virginia Commonwealth University,
Richmond, Virginia and a Ph.D in Education from the College of
William & Mary, Williamsburg, VA. Dr. Siler is an educator in the
Virginia School System.
As Minister of Women of the First Shiloh Baptist Church and Retreat
Coordinator for New Life Ministries of Virginia, Inc., Dr. Siler has
labored extensively in ministry with women, marriage seminars and
retreats with her husband. The Silers have a burden for the healing
of families and churches. Their ministry has changed the lives of
many hurting individuals and churches experiencing dry places in
their ministries.
